All products purchased from LOSSIGY come with a 5 Years hassle-free warranty. You can find the precise warranty period of your product on the literature inside its box. You can also verify the warranty period with our customer service team in the body of your message.
If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via the email address form product manual or website and let us know what we can do to help you. It may save you time to first troubleshoot issues by going to our FAQ page or looking at Instruction Manuals before filing a warranty claim.

►Returns Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase, excluding Corporate Purchase orders which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives back in LOSSIGY's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Returns must include all accessories
For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and LOSSIGY will refunds the cost of the product itself
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through LOSSIGY’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
►How do I return an item?
1. Please reach out to LOSSIGY customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return.
2. LOSSIGY support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to LOSSIGY.
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 1-3 working days.
